This page describes what we collect when you use chika4d and how we keep that data protected. We collect your email, national ID, phone number, and payment details to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, and comply with anti-money-laundering rules. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or to process your transactions.
Our chika4d servers process your betting activity, account balance, and withdrawal history. We store encryption keys separately from user data. Your password is hashed using industry-standard algorithms—we never store it in plain text. Access to your account requires two-factor authentication via email or SMS.

What Data We Collect on chika4d
We collect data in three categories: registration data, transaction data, and behavioural data. Registration data includes your email, phone number, date of birth, and national ID (KTP). We require this before your first withdrawal. Transaction data comprises deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, games played, and settlement outcomes. Behavioural data tracks which games you access, how long you play, and which payment method you use most often.
We collect device data: your IP address, browser type, operating system, and app version. We use this to prevent fraud, detect account takeover, and improve chika4d's performance on Android and iOS. We do not collect your location data unless you explicitly grant permission.
When you fund via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), we receive your payment provider's confirmation but do not store your full payment credentials. We store only the last four digits of your bank card or a tokenised reference to your e-wallet.
How We Use Your Data
We use registration data to verify your identity, fulfill withdrawal requests, and comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) rules set by Indonesian financial regulators. Your national ID is checked against fraud databases to prevent duplicate accounts and account takeover.
We use transaction data to settle bets, calculate your balance, and generate account statements. We keep transaction records for seven years to meet regulatory requirements and support audit trails.
We use behavioural data to improve chika4d's game selection, fix bugs, and detect suspicious patterns—such as a withdrawal request from a new device within minutes of account creation, or unusually large bets followed by immediate deletion of payment methods.
We do not use your data for marketing email or SMS unless you explicitly opt in. You can manage email and SMS preferences in your chika4d account settings. We honour opt-out requests immediately; future emails stop within 48 hours.
Third-Party Data Processors
We engage third parties to process specific data. Our payment processors (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and bank VA providers) receive transaction details needed to complete deposits and withdrawals. They operate under their own privacy policies, which we link to in our Cashier.
Our cloud hosting provider (located outside Indonesia) stores encrypted backups of chika4d data, including account records and transaction logs. We have a data processing agreement in place requiring the host to apply the same security standards we do.
Our KYC verification vendor receives your national ID and selfie to check against government databases and fraud registries. This vendor deletes your image after verification is complete (typically within 24 hours) and stores only a verification result flag in our system.
We do not share your data with sports leagues (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF), game studios, or other third parties for any purpose other than processing your chika4d account and transactions.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain active account data (email, phone, payment methods) for as long as your chika4d account exists. When you delete your account, we anonymise your personal data within 30 days—your name, email, and phone are replaced with generic identifiers. Transaction records remain encrypted and anonymised for seven years to meet audit requirements.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team via in-app Help or email. We process deletion requests within five business days. Deletion is permanent—you cannot recover a deleted account.
Your Rights and Data Access
You have the right to access all data we hold about you. Request a data export via your chika4d account settings or by emailing support. We provide a machine-readable file (JSON or CSV) within seven days.
You have the right to correct inaccurate data. If your registered phone number or address is outdated, update it in your chika4d account settings. You have the right to withdraw consent for data processing—for example, you can opt out of behavioural analytics tracking in your privacy settings, though this may limit chika4d's ability to detect fraud.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your data. chika4d respects such complaints and will cooperate with regulatory investigations.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to remember your login session, store your preferred language, and track which games you recently played. Essential cookies (login, security tokens) are necessary for chika4d to function. You cannot disable them without losing account access.
Analytical cookies track how you navigate chika4d—which pages you visit, how long you spend on each, and which payment methods you select. These help us optimise chika4d's user interface. You can disable analytical cookies in your browser settings; this does not affect your ability to bet or withdraw.
We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies. We do not retarget you with ads on external websites based on your chika4d activity.
